New Record!!!
Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 9:15AM We started tracking drums to four of the new songs last weekend, and I'm pretty damn excited about it. The approach we are taking with this new record is totally different from anything we've done before. In the past I have already written 20+ songs when we finally decide to sit down and pick 13-15 of them to track. For this recording, I'm still in the process of writing and finishing songs. While not having everything figured out is somewhat scary, it's also quite exciting. I have no idea what this record will sound like, or if the songs are any good, or how many songs we'll record. But we're having fun. Oh, and did I mention that I'm playing drums? Ha. This should prove to be interesting. We are back at it tomorrow, and I'll do my best to keep updates coming etc. Stay tuned...
